Lisa 8th in Mile

1 Jul

Lisa welcomed herself back to the elite field of the Macklind mile, in St. Louis this past weekend.  The mile is one of her favorite race distances, so she couldn’t resist despite lack of speed training.  She placed 8th overall female with a time of 5:28. This race was one week after completing a marathon!

Look for the Runnababez racing action to continue around STL as the babez hit the local 5ks on the 4th of July!
