The next day saw Jackie Pirtle-Hall ready to toe the line in yet another half marathon, the St. Louis Track Club race in Clayton, MO.  Her 3rd half marathon in the fall, and her 3rd win! She finished the race consistently in 1:17.

Lisa Cary returned to racing, after being out of training for several months due to health issues.  She battled herself back to the racing lines at the Bass Pro 5k, in her former college town Springfield, MO.  She was good enough to place 2nd overall.

Runnababez were off-roading this past weekend at the Fleet Feet Quivering Quads 13.1k trail race, that took place at Cuivre River state park.  Jackie was excited to enter her first trail race, and brought home the win in an average of 6:45 per mile.  She also placed 3rd overall including men.  Fellow runnababe Jessica File toed the racing line as well, and finished 3rd in her age-group.
