It has been kind of quiet on the racing front for the Runnababez over the last couple months, they all have been putting in the miles in training.  However, last weekend a few Runnababez broke out and did a few local races.  Lisa & Amy participated in the United Way 10k.  Lisa placed 1st female overall, 2nd including men with 37:27.  Amy took 3rd female overall running a 41:01.
